• Supervise the team’s activities, defining priorities and assignments in accordance to the project’s strategy; • Organize and facilitate fortnightly meetings with the team to define and plan operational activities, encouraging collaboration among the different teams; • Provide daily support and guidance to the team in different subjects; • Supervise the socialprotection.org project’s portfolio using project management tools, ensuring that activities are being carried out within the proposed deadlines; • Analyse the platform’s performance based on a range of indicators, including website server statistics and user behaviour, providing insights for future strategies; • Elaboration of institutional documents, including reports, presentation, templates, terms of reference and campaigns; • Prepare analytical reports using a wide range of tools and data sources; • Participate in procurement and selection processes as required, including the revision of Terms of Reference and liaison with providers; • Participate in HR activities as required, including answering requests regarding contracts, organizing working schedules, providing feedback and evaluations as needed. • Identify opportunities and challenges for strategic partnerships through constant stakeholder mapping and networking; • Liaise with policymakers, practitioners, experts and other potential members of the platform for content production and possible collaboration opportunities; • Work with the Senior Project Officer to coordinate strategic planning initiatives; • Represent the socialprotection.org platform in events both national and abroad when necessary.
Min. Education requirements: • Masters’ Degree in Public Policy, Development Studies,International Relations or related area. • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy,Development Studies, International Relations or related area with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of Master´s degree.
Min. years of relevant work experience: • Up to 2 years (with Master´s degree) or minimum 2 years (with Bachelor´s degree) of professional experience in knowledge management.
Required skills: • 1 year of experience in coordinating knowledge management- related activities will be an asset; • Experience with organizations in the area of Social Protection, development and/or South-South cooperation will be an asset.
Desired additional skills and competencies: • Experience with project management (PRINCE2 certification preferable); • Professional experience with the development and management of online platforms; • Professional experience in elaborating reports; • Professional experience in partnerships management; • Professional experience in organizing international events; • UN/UNDP experience is an advantage; • Working knowledge of French and/or Spanish will be considered an asset.
